Why are companies so scared to put world titles on guys who can just WRESTLE?

It seems like charisma has surpassed wrestling ability. I mean the top stars right now are Cena & Orton...but can we truly say they are better wrestlers than John Morrison, or Christian. It took Christian like 17 years to become 1 time World Champ (in WWE)?!?!?!? and that was on the outskirts of Edge's retirement, Coincedence? & of course we know the deal with Morrison. I mean look at how long it took Eddie & Beniot to win the world title & those guys could flat out GO. Bret Hart was one of the greatest Champs EVER and he wasn't exactly a Charasmatic, Gold on the mic kinda guy but he could WRESTLE and it worked. So the question is why does WWE & TNA for that matter seem so scared to put heavyweight gold on guys that can wrestle. I like Sting but isn't he like 80 yrs old. I like Anderson but I think we all know he's a better talker than wrestler. What I don't understand is why Matt Morgan is not a world champ by now & how Christopher Daniels, AJ Styles, & Samoa Joe have been turned into NOTHING. OK I'm sure yall are done hearing my mouth what are your thoughts.
