Could you please proof-read this?(prt3)?
I believe that the “British Invasion” may be the best thing to ever happen to the course of American musical history. Not only have they, together, influenced hundreds of modern American bands, they have also influenced people to live their lives as they, by living free and the way they please. The Beatles proved that it didn’t matter where you were from or what your beliefs may be regarding religion and politics, just that you can be infinitely great and remembered that way for eternity as long as you put your heart into what you love to do. The Rolling Stones gave the American people a more rebellious, “I’ll do It my way” mode of thinking which very well maybe the reason we are such a great country today. The Who gave its audience a rougher interior, a more belligerence in their actions, and a certain pride of which was undeniable, because the Who was stand up and offensive, so were its fans. The Animals brought forth the want to have a look of understatement, although a huge band, their style was that of “If you like us you like us, if you don’t you don’t.” The Dave Clark 5 showed that you don’t always have to be known as the best to be the best, they were humble yet massively popular. The Kinks had an academic skill for music, weather it was writing amazing lyrics, or giving awesome stage performances, they certainly showed that they had a knack for it. All in all, when you add the effects that these bands had on American music and culture it’s quite noticeable that they introduced qualities of mysteriousness, boldness, rebelliousness, darkness, and humbleness into the mix of our society to make us Americans what we are today…Unique.
