Itunes won't uninstall?

I have uninstalled every program for Apple Itunes and but it won't uninstall plain old itunes. I have a Windows Vista 64-bit. I go to Control Panel and Uninstall programs and whenever I click on Itunes it says: "The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable." I click cancel (I've clicked ok many times and it just says the same thing) and it says "the installation source for this product is not available Verify the source exists so you can access it." I've tried different removal programs including Revo Uninstaller and ByeTunes. I have even tried to run anti-virus programs. Nothing works. It also says sometimes that I need permission to remove the program but I own the computer and I don't know how to give it more permission. Help!!!!!
