Theres this guy, and i just don know what to do?

So theres this guy. I really like him. And im pretty sure he likes me. Because we both went to this really formal event, and he came up to me and talked to me. Flirted. Stared at me all night. Even kinda like interrogated the guy who's date i was. Plus the way he looked at me, it was magical. He told me i looked stunning. We stare into each others eyes...and its crazy. We've known each other for awhile, and when were near each other or talk, or text we flirt insanely. But theres this girl. She's like his best friend. And you can tell she likes him, but I know their not dating, and are not going to. His whole family has told me so. This guy and i though we have this connection, its undeniable. Everyone can see it. But he wont text me. I just don't know what to do...im so confused. I like him so much. Ill do anything. What do i do?
